Order and Return Information

Immediately after you complete your order on the site, our relevant team automatically receives an e-mail about your order.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs vary according to your shipping preference. It is the same fixed fee all over Turkey . This fee is reflected in the total amount you have to pay at the order stage, you do not make any payment when receiving it. On the home page of our site, the cost of free shipping is written per day. The cash on delivery option is charged independently of the shipping fee.

Cargo company

Our shipments are made via contracted cargo. Deliveries can be made on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays. No shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Pay at the door

Regardless of the size of the order, when you make a purchase with the "pay at the door" method , the shipping fees vary due to the deductions made by the cargo company.

Delivery time

All items in your order 1-4 working days from order date is shipped within. Our working hours are 09:00-18:00 on weekdays between. Weekend shipments are not made until 12:00 at the latest.

Your order will be delivered to your address after 1 or 2 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the province and district you are in. If you are in one of the mobile regions where delivery is made on certain days of the week, you must wait for the day of shipment.

Absence of recipient at delivery address

If the courier staff cannot find someone who can pick up the package at the specified address, they will stop by again the next day. Again, if there is no one at the address, the order is put on hold at the relevant cargo branch for a few days. In this case, you may need to contact us.

Order tracking

The cargo tracking number required for order tracking will be sent to you by e-mail after the products are shipped.

Exchange and Return

Our return time It is 15 days . There is no exchange option.

When you want to change the product, you must first return it. Once the package reaches us, you can place a new order after the product fee has been refunded to you.

* The products to be returned, together with the invoice, must be submitted by Bekir Akagün. To MNG Kargo Fincancılar Branch or Aras Kargo Asır Efendi Branch with the code of the sender paid on behalf of must be sent. If your invoice came with a shipping envelope on the shipment, it will be located in the pocket of the shipping envelope.
